Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Image Management: Oversee the holistic planning and management of the company's external PR image. Develop and execute brand image communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
• Exposure and Communication Planning: Monitor industry and company trends closely. Formulate brand communication strategies aligned with company objectives. Create promotional content including company news, industry insights, character stories, videos, and brand events to achieve impactful mass communication.
• Brand Cooperation and External Resource Expansion: Lead collaborations with external media, brands, and institutions. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to collectively boost brand influence.
• Planning and Execution of Large-Scale Events: Take charge of the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of major events, ensuring high-quality delivery and goal attainment.
• Data Analysis and Effectiveness Evaluation: Analyze brand exposure and activity performance metrics. Generate communication evaluation reports, provide actionable optimization recommendations, and support continuous strategy refinement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, PR, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand communication strategies.
• Strong project management skills with experience in organizing large-scale events.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
