Community Operation at PANews

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the official PANews community channels, including WeChat groups, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, promote high-quality content sharing, and improve community engagement and user activity.
• Plan and execute online events based on hot topics or user needs, utilizing platforms such as Xiaohongshu, video accounts, Telegram, and others.
• Collaborate with various communities and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to establish and expand brand influence.
• Oversee and grow our presence on other social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Instagram (INS), LinkedIn, Threads, and more.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of market research and content strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse communities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute engaging online events.
• Familiarity with multiple social media platforms and their best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with KOLs and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
