Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the activity business team in completing user risk control for various operational activity audits, propose risk response plans, and drive user growth.
- Analyze user activity behavior data to continuously iterate activity risk control audit strategies, improving strategy accuracy through implementation.
- Monitor activity risks by sorting out business logic and risk control indicators, collaborate with data analysts to build a monitoring system, and conduct timely warnings and root cause analysis to cover activity business risks.
- Handle the daily audit of various operational activities, review user risks, and determine whether to issue activity rewards.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user behavior data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in risk control, audit, or related fields, preferably within an operational or marketing context.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and business teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose and implement risk response plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in building monitoring systems or working with risk control frameworks.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support risk assessment and strategy iteration.
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
