Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sort out and continuously optimize the activity SOP process, activity execution/recording standards, and activity templates.
- Plan and operate online trading activities, holiday-themed events, etc., to attract new customers and improve user conversion, achieving both short-term and long-term operational goals.
- Drive innovation and iteration of activity forms through competitor research, user questionnaires, and exploring new gameplay to enhance diversity and effectiveness.
- Monitor industry user trends, identify hot topics, and plan activities aligned with product features, developing promotional strategies accordingly.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze activity data, conduct post-event reviews, and optimize processes to meet activity goals within set timelines and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, execution, and optimization, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and user engagement.
