Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, engaging, original marketing content that can be used for cross-platform marketing and impact user growth and sales conversion
- Review, edit, and update content for Starboard original blogs, research reports, marketing slide decks, and product user guides
- Help ensure a good user interface by providing user-friendly, consistent UI texts and terminology in English and Chinese
- Establish a glossary system that allows the product and engineering team to have a unified comparison system of terminology terms
- Drive effective and creative marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally with design, content, product, and other teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing or related roles
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and content optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with UI/UX writing and terminology management is a plus
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO best practices and content analytics tools
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and basic video editing skills
- Ability to adapt content style for different target audiences and platforms
