Job Description
1. Conduct in-depth analysis of VIP users' core pain points, needs, and behavioral characteristics to develop and implement refined operational strategies aimed at enhancing retention, engagement, and lifetime value of high-net-worth users.
2. Design targeted VIP growth strategies for core business lines such as spot trading, contracts, wealth management, and U.S. stock tokenization to expand VIP user base, asset volume, product penetration, and trading depth.
3. Collaborate with product, business, relationship managers (RMs), and regional marketing teams to integrate internal and external resources, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes of VIP growth initiatives.
4. Optimize VIP user segmentation, benefits systems, and lifecycle management mechanisms using data-driven approaches to achieve key business objectives. Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor VIP strategies, and market dynamics to refine operational tactics and maintain platform competitiveness.
5. Plan and execute exclusive VIP marketing campaigns, content strategies, and community engagement programs to strengthen user loyalty, foster a sense of belonging, and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine VIP user segmentation models based on behavioral and transactional data.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align VIP growth strategies with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize VIP engagement and revenue contribution.
- Lead VIP-centric marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Provide regular reports and insights on VIP performance metrics to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of drafting proposals and facilitating cross-departmental discussions.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in user/growth operations, with preference for candidates experienced in high-net-worth/VIP client management.
- Industry Background: Prior exposure to cryptocurrency exchanges, traditional finance, brokerage, or wealth management is highly desirable.
- Professional Competencies: Strong business acumen, data sensitivity, and strategic planning skills; adept at cross-team collaboration and resource integration; ability to build or optimize VIP systems from scratch.
- Soft Skills: Results-driven mindset, commercial awareness, resilience under pressure, and rapid learning agility.
