VIP Relationship Manager(Korean speaker 韩语）
What You’ll Do
Oversee VIP clients operations and manage high net value client relationships
Monitor and analyze major customer transaction data and asset accumulation
Track new VIP customer onboarding and ongoing account activity
Provide one-to-one, customized services for high-level customers
Match products and services based on individual customer needs
Proactively offer trading strategies and follow through on execution
Maintain strong engagement with key VIP clients

Job Requirements:
What You’ll Need
At least 1-2 years of experience in VIP or high net worth client management
Background in the Crypto exchanges or financial institutions (such as insurance, brokerage, banking), with experience in exchange VIP Relationship management preferred
Ability to analyze transaction and asset data for major customers
Proficiency in Korean and English, or Korean and Chinese for business communication
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High responsiveness and client-focused mindset
