Job Description
The Channel Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily business development operations, overseeing channel growth targets for single or multiple markets. Key duties include monitoring channel performance, developing and configuring channel activities, and conducting data analysis. The role involves collaborating with various business lines such as product, spot/contract trading, and fiat services to implement company promotional campaigns while coordinating localized resources. Additionally, the manager will ensure the stability of daily channel operations and promptly identify and resolve any operational anomalies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily business development operations and oversee channel growth targets
- Monitor channel performance and develop/configure channel activities
- Conduct data analysis and performance reviews
- Collaborate with product, trading, and fiat service teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Coordinate localized resources for market-specific initiatives
- Ensure operational stability and troubleshoot anomalies in channel performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with fluency in English as the primary working language (overseas background preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in crypto KOL/trader channel expansion (non-institutional/non-project side) at an exchange, or BD team management experience
- Understanding of market operations and channel partnership models, with hands-on experience in negotiations, partnership closures, and channel activation
- Familiarity with English-speaking KOL markets is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, high execution capability, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
