Job Description:
Lead the core user experience design and optimization for a payment app, covering key flows such as registration, identity verification, wallet management, card usage, credit accounts, and remittance paths. Plan the app's information architecture (IA), define functional layers and navigation logic, and establish unified, efficient user flows. Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to promote design language consistency, component standardization, and key motion effects. Drive cross-team collaboration on experience journeys, including design, development, growth, and compliance departments, ensuring seamless product implementation. Develop and optimize key experience metrics (X-Metrics), such as registration conversion rates, KYC completion rates, transaction success rates, and user satisfaction. Contribute to brand tone definition and experience consistency, integrating tech-savvy, international, and Web3 attributes into design details. Monitor competitor experience evolution (e.g., Revolut, Wise, CashApp, Stripe) and propose targeted optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct competitive UX benchmarking (Revolut/Wise/CashApp/Stripe).
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years as a consumer-facing PM with full-cycle app UX design/redesign experience.
- Expertise in user journey mapping, IA, and flow optimization.
- Proven ability to own end-to-end UX decisions and component interactions.
- Strong user empathy with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Figma, design systems, and motion design workflows.
- Understanding of fintech aesthetics and interface consistency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- FinTech/payments/Web3/NeoBank project experience.
- Global product design expertise (multi-currency/language compliance).
- Knowledge of motion design, design tokens, and onboarding UX.
- Data-driven iteration methods and behavioral analytics.
