Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and evolution of our core platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing key modules such as payment systems, order systems, settlement systems, and reconciliation systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with blockchain-related services including mining pools, wallets, exchanges, and other third-party integrations. Your role will involve technical research, tackling complex challenges, and ensuring system availability, stability, and scalability. From a user and business perspective, you will also participate in planning, designing, and launching new business platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the company's core platform, focusing on payment, order, settlement, and reconciliation systems.
- Integrate with blockchain services such as mining pools, wallets, exchanges, and other external platforms.
- Conduct technical research and resolve complex challenges to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Plan, design, and implement new business platforms aligned with user and business needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with 5+ years of Java development experience.
- Prior experience in renowned internet companies (e.g., Alibaba, ByteDance, Pinduoduo, Meituan) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Java programming, solid understanding of JVM principles, and strong data structure fundamentals.
- Deep knowledge of MySQL, including database principles, transactions, indexing, and SQL performance optimization.
- Familiarity with open-source frameworks and tools such as RPC, Redis, MQ, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with distributed systems, high concurrency, and big data technologies.
- Expertise in multithreading, high-performance coding, and performance tuning, with hands-on experience in high-concurrency applications.
- Knowledge of AWS architecture is a plus.
- Prior experience in e-commerce/financial core systems (payment, order, transaction, settlement) is highly desirable.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
