Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our core positions. This includes but is not limited to job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding procedures.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to establish and maintain recruitment channels while continuously expanding our talent pool in Web3 and business-related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for key positions
 - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
 - Develop and optimize recruitment strategies
 - Build and maintain recruitment channels
 - Expand Web3 and business talent networks
 - Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout hiring process
 
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with at least 6 months in Web3 recruitment preferred
 - Fluent in both English and Chinese
 - Excellent communication and coordination skills
 - Strong ability to work under pressure and self-motivation
 - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR, Psychology, Management or related fields
 - Initially remote work, with potential relocation to Shenzhen later
