Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our live chat system to promptly and professionally address customer inquiries through text-based communication. Your warm tone and quick problem-solving skills will make customers feel valued and supported throughout their product journey.
- Conduct daily product functionality tests with meticulous attention to detail. Like a skilled detective, you'll identify any irregularities and immediately escalate them to relevant operations and product teams to maintain optimal service quality.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and customer service protocols. Participate in monthly satisfaction review meetings with supervisors to propose service enhancements that elevate the overall customer experience.
- Adapt flexibly to various assignments from management, demonstrating versatility in handling both routine tasks and special projects that contribute to team success.
- Document customer interactions systematically while maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions for continuous service improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Positive attitude with strong analytical thinking and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and web browsers
- Skills in customer data management, market intelligence gathering, complaint resolution, and product demonstration

- Strong typing skills with attention to grammatical accuracy
