Determine the project's business policy, establish a project management system, and organize its implementation and improvement to provide sufficient resources for the operation of the management system; 3. Lead the daily management work of the project, organize and implement the annual business plan and investment plan of the project; 4. Responsible for convening and presiding over office management meetings, coordinating, inspecting, and supervising the work of various departments; 5. Continuously adjust the business direction of the project according to market changes, and major adjustment plans must be submitted for approval; 6. Responsible for determining the annual financial budget and final settlement plan, profit distribution plan, and loss recovery plan for the project; 7. Responsible for organizing and completing other temporary and phased work and tasks assigned by the CEO;
