Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to set the tone and culture of our community, ensuring it remains welcoming, helpful, and mission-driven. You will be the bridge between SkyTrade and its users, fostering genuine conversations and maintaining a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the tone and culture of the community—welcoming, helpful, and mission-driven.
  • Monitor channels in real time, engaging with users, answering questions, diffusing FUD, and fostering genuine conversation.
  • Flag critical feedback, bugs, or insights and bring them back to the team.
  • Moderate discussions to ensure healthy, inclusive dialogue and enforce community rules.
  • Create, post, and pin updates that keep the community informed, hyped, and activated.
  • Work closely with marketing and ops teams to coordinate campaigns, AMAs, partnerships, announcements, and events.
  • Activate power users and mods. Identify community advocates, contributors, and future ambassadors.
  • Use your instincts and tools to grow the community with high-signal users.
  • Propose ways to improve our community infrastructure—bots, automations, incentives, events, gamification, etc.
  • Be available during high-traffic periods, especially around launches, announcements, or partner activations.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with users in real-time and diffuse tense situations.
  • Experience with community moderation tools and platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose and implement community growth strategies.
  • Availability to work during high-traffic periods and events.
  • Passion for fostering inclusive and mission-driven communities.
