This role focuses on maintaining and expanding client relationships while providing tailored financial services in the cryptocurrency sector. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with VIP clients, mid-to-high net worth individuals, and payment card holders through personalized investment advice.
- Provide one-on-one services including rapid response to asset deposit/withdrawal issues, transaction anomalies, new coin listings, and API connectivity.
- Recommend suitable financial products by explaining features, risk-return profiles, and investment strategies.
- Develop detailed client profiles documenting key preferences and behavioral patterns.
- Business Development
- Proactively acquire new clients through referrals, online campaigns, industry events, and community outreach.
- Promote platform initiatives like referral programs, deposit competitions, and trading tournaments.
- Investment Advisory
- Deliver customized asset allocation plans based on risk tolerance and financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (KYC, AML) during all client interactions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze client trading patterns and product usage to generate optimization recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports on client portfolio performance, growth strategies, and asset tier management.
- Escalate significant account changes or anomalies to management promptly.
- Product & Market Support
- Design bespoke solutions for VIP clients (e.g., API rate limit adjustments, customized rebate tiers).
- Collaborate with product teams to address high-net-worth clients' needs and streamline investment processes.
Job Requirements
- Nationality: Malaysian female candidates preferred; Chinese/Taiwanese applicants considered
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Experience: 3-5 years in financial services, crypto industry, or client management with HNWI/institutional clients
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and trading mechanisms
- Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting client behavior and market trends
- Language: Fluent English and Chinese (written/spoken); Korean/Japanese as advantage
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Resilience in fast-paced, volatile market conditions
- Cross-departmental collaboration experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior account management/sales experience in crypto exchanges, blockchain projects, or fintech
- Existing network of HNWIs, traditional investors, or family offices
