Job Description:
As a Product Manager specializing in wallet payment solutions (including wealth management, payments, and digital currencies), you will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Requirement Analysis & PRD Documentation: Create comprehensive product requirement documents covering functional descriptions, business logic, exception handling, and state machine definitions. Deliver well-structured documentation for both APP and CMS backend systems that can be directly implemented by development teams.
- Business Process Flow: Lead end-to-end implementation of U-Card products including vendor management (BIN suppliers), commercial negotiations, and technical integration. Develop complete business process flows covering normal operations, exception handling, and edge cases with proper state documentation.
- Financial Flow Design: Design complete fund flows for merchant payroll, consumption, and withdrawals. Establish and monitor core metrics (card activation rate, recharge frequency, spending amount) with weekly reporting.
- Infrastructure Partner Management: Coordinate with key infrastructure partners including custody solutions (Fireblocks/Cobo), card issuers, and withdrawal channel providers.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously research and analyze overseas digital currency wallets and wealth management products (e.g., Revolut, N26, Wise, Trust Wallet) to optimize product experience.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred candidates with experience in centralized exchanges + payment projects
- 5+ years of internet product management experience, with at least 2 years in payment/fintech/wallet products
- Proficient in creating PRDs, business flow diagrams, and state machine documents with rigorous logic that covers exception flows and edge cases
- Skilled in using Figma/Axure to create interactive prototypes, with complete mobile product prototype portfolio
- Hands-on experience with third-party payment API integration, familiar with card scheme clearing, reconciliation, and settlement processes
