Tackle web3 overseas market recruitment positions, expand talent channels, continuously attract overseas BD elites, and meet the employment needs of business development; 2. Ensure the recruitment success rate and job matching from the perspective of the entire recruitment process; Searching for effective industry information to provide decision support and accumulate insights for business management; 3. Actively support and participate in the operation of recruitment projects outside of recruitment work, including but not limited to internal promotion, campus recruitment, interviewer training, etc; 4. By gaining insights into the opportunities and challenges of organizations and teams, providing effective solutions for organizations at various stages of the talent lifecycle, and promoting the implementation of these solutions; 5. Complete the construction of organizational and team atmosphere, promote the construction of company culture and the rapid development of business.
