Job Description
We are seeking a Korean HR Recruitment specialist to join our team in Korea. This role is open to international students who are fluent in Korean. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for business operations positions in the South Korean region, ensuring a smooth hiring process and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting for business operations positions in the South Korean region
- Develop recruitment plans based on job requirements, screen resumes, and arrange interviews
- Maintain and expand the local talent pool and recruitment channels
- Assist in optimizing the recruitment process and improving recruitment efficiency
- Follow up on candidate onboarding, regularization, and probationary feedback
- Responsible for organizing fixed assets and materials for the Korean team
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Korean (both written and spoken)
- Currently based in Korea or willing to relocate
- Open to international students with valid work authorization
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required
