We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Event Planning and Marketing Specialist. This role is responsible for designing and executing engaging marketing activities to attract users and drive product business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Event planning and design: Responsible for planning and designing marketing activities and product businesses that attract users, including but not limited to trading competitions, reward programs, and holiday promotions.
- Requirement management: Handling activity requirements submitted by the operations team and channel partners, ensuring that the requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with product goals.
- System design: Design an activity management system to ensure the automation and efficiency of the activity process.
- Effect evaluation: Design an activity effect evaluation mechanism, evaluate the activity ROI through data analysis, and propose improvement and optimization.
- Cross departmental collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as technology, design, marketing, and operations to ensure the smooth implementation of event business.
- Risk management: Identify and manage potential risks during the execution of activities to ensure compliance.
- Competitive analysis: Study industry trends, analyze competitive activity cases, and propose innovative activity strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and activity management systems
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
