We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist for our blockchain exchange platform. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-departmental communication and demonstrate the ability to independently handle urgent situations and escalated issues.
A deep understanding of the Korean exchange market is essential, as you will be responsible for accurately interpreting and addressing the trading needs of our Korean user base. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean users, providing timely and accurate support
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex problems
- Monitor and analyze Korean market trends to better serve users
- Document and report recurring issues to improve platform functionality
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blockchain technology and exchange operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in blockchain exchanges
- Willingness to work night shifts with a rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 9:00-21:00)
- Native or fluent Chinese speaker
- Proficiency in Korean as a second working language (TOPIK Level 6 or equivalent)
- Basic English reading and writing skills for internal documentation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
