Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong cross-departmental communication skills and the ability to independently handle emergency situations and escalated issues. A deep understanding of Korean exchanges is essential to accurately interpret and address the trading needs of Korean users. This role requires proactive problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication across various departments to resolve issues promptly
- Handle emergency situations and escalated customer inquiries independently
- Analyze and understand the specific trading requirements of Korean users
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in blockchain exchanges
- Willingness to work night shifts with a schedule of two days on and two days off (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
- Native or fluent proficiency in Chinese (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Korean as a secondary working language (TOPIK Level 6 or equivalent)
- Basic reading and writing skills in English to review internal documents
