Job Description
This position is responsible for creating and managing announcement content across multiple platforms and languages. The role requires strong writing skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and data analysis capabilities to ensure effective information delivery to global users.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Writing Announcement Content
- Independently complete the writing of platform announcements, activity rules, welfare policies, and other copywriting to ensure content compliance, accuracy, and user appeal
- Design announcement structure optimization plans (hierarchical titles/visual symbols/user behavior guidance, etc.) to improve the efficiency of key information outreach
- Develop announcement release strategies, collaborate with product/design teams to complete multi-channel (internal message/email/community) adaptation content output
- Multilingual Announcement System Construction
- Lead the production of bilingual announcement content in Chinese and English, coordinate translation teams to complete localization adaptation for small languages (Korean/Japanese/Spanish, etc.)
- Establish multilingual announcement SOP Template library, unified terminology expression standards and visual styles
- Monitor the completion rate of announcement reading in various language versions, user consultation hotspots, continuously optimize cross-cultural communication strategy
- Data Management and Effect Analysis
- Build an announcement effect monitoring system, track core indicators such as click through rate, user retention rate, conversion rate
- Regularly output announcement data reports (weekly/monthly/special), propose content optimization suggestions
- Maintain announcement content database, classify and archive historical versions and multilingual comparison files
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in platform announcements or technical writing
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in multilingual content management and cross-cultural communication
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and content management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product, design, and translation teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Chinese required, additional language skills are a plus

- Experience working in global or multicultural environments
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with visual design tools for content presentation
