Training Program
The structured 12-24 month program combines rotational training with practical projects, followed by a fixed position assignment. Through customized rotations across core business functions, trainees will develop into versatile leaders ready to take on key management roles.
Career Development Path
Based on individual performance and business needs, successful trainees will progress to leadership positions such as Department Manager, Regional Leader, or Product Line Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotations across the company's core business units to gain comprehensive understanding of end-to-end operations
- Lead or assist in key projects under senior management guidance, developing and implementing innovative solutions
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to integrate resources and drive strategic objectives
- Deliver regular progress reports and participate in performance evaluations and career planning sessions
- Stay abreast of industry trends and company strategies, demonstrating adaptability to business changes
Program Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with outstanding academic record
