Job Description
Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the operations team in building and constructing the Web3 operation system. This includes developing product operation plans tailored for Web3 environments, taking into account the current industry trends and competitive development stages. The intern will also assist in planning and executing user activity operations both domestically and internationally, aligning these efforts with product strategic objectives. Key tasks involve defining target user segments, conducting in-depth user profile analysis, creating reusable operational documentation, and implementing activity planning strategies. Additionally, the intern will manage the daily operations of overseas media and communities such as Discord, Twitter, and YouTube, covering content editing, publishing, maintenance, and interaction management. A critical component of the role will involve business liaison and coordination with KOLs, project partners, and cooperative communities to expand and maintain BD networks, as well as to handle overseas media PR and other related resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the operations team to design and implement the Web3 operation system, ensuring alignment with industry standards and competitive benchmarks.
- Develop comprehensive product operation plans for Web3 platforms, incorporating market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to drive strategic decisions.
- Plan and execute international user activity campaigns, including but not limited to onboarding programs, engagement initiatives, and community-building projects.
- Define and segment target user groups based on product goals, conduct detailed user behavior analysis, and create actionable operational guidelines for consistent execution.
- Oversee the content lifecycle of overseas media channels and communities, including creation, editing, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication with key stakeholders such as KOLs, project partners, and external communities to strengthen business relationships and resource networks.
- Monitor and optimize operational outcomes through data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement in user engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.
- Support the coordination of PR activities for overseas media, including press releases, media outreach, and crisis management strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of operational activities, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on Web3 industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to provide informed recommendations for operational strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and decentralized applications (dApps) to understand the technical and strategic landscape.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret user data, market trends, and operational metrics for informed decision-making.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate with partners, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe) for effective community operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content publishing, user data analysis, and operational documentation.
- Basic understanding of PR strategies and media relations to support brand visibility and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with international teams and partners, with additional language skills preferred.
- Ability to conduct independent research on industry competitors, user behavior, and market opportunities to inform operational strategies.
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily operations, track deadlines, and maintain consistent progress across projects.
