Job Description
As a visual designer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the brand's visual identity across all external touchpoints. This includes developing cohesive visual content strategies, executing creative design solutions for marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging through visual elements. You will also lead the conceptualization and implementation of design projects, focusing on both aesthetic appeal and functional effectiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design outputs with business objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a unified visual style guide for all brand-related materials

  • Stay updated with emerging design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into work
  • Provide creative direction for event planning and experiential design projects

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work
  • Excellent proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive design prototypes
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of design projects
  • Experience in cross-functional teamwork, including working with marketing, product, and development teams
  • Knowledge of design trends and the ability to incorporate them into creative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality design standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize user experiences
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with the project team
  • Experience with digital media platforms for creating and managing visual content
