The Binance Accelerator Program - Community Operations (Greater China) is seeking a dynamic professional to drive community engagement and support for the Binance ecosystem. This role will focus on fostering a vibrant and active community through strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless communication between users and the core team, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Binance's products and services. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the community's growth and maintaining its relevance in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support to ensure a positive user experience.
- Systematically collect and analyze community feedback on products, features, and events, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product optimization and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the management of user communities across multiple platforms including Telegram, Discord, and WeChat, implementing effective moderation practices to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
- Design and execute targeted community-building campaigns, such as airdrops, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and other engagement initiatives, with a focus on driving new user acquisition and increasing user participation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of community activities, tracking metrics like user growth, engagement rates, and activation levels to measure impact and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to align community efforts with broader business goals and ensure cohesive execution.
- Develop and maintain a structured approach to community management, leveraging tools like analytics dashboards, feedback forms, and incentive programs to enhance user retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the community framework.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or customer support within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain active user communities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the capacity to engage with diverse audiences and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting community data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve user engagement outcomes.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and community tools, including but not limited to Telegram, Discord, WeChat, and other digital communication channels.
- Ability to develop and implement incentive programs, such as referral bonuses, loyalty rewards, and gamification elements, to drive community participation and growth.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor community campaigns within defined timelines and budgets.
- Collaborative spirit with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional results.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize community initiatives based on impact and urgency.
