Key Account Manager
Job Description: 1. Existing Client Maintenance - Follow up and maintain client relationships (e.g., VIP clients, medium-net-worth clients, high-volume payment card clients), establish long-term trust, and provide personalized investment advice. - Offer one-on-one services to clients, such as promptly addressing asset deposit/withdrawal anomalies, transaction irregularities, coin listing information, API connectivity, etc., while recommending suitable financial products and explaining their features, risk-return profiles, and investment strategies.
