Job Description
This position offers a competitive compensation package with the following structure:
- Base Salary: 1200 USDT/month
- Performance Bonus: 300 USDT/month
- Total Compensation: 1500 USDT/month
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing professional English-language customer service to global users through various channels including online chat and ticketing systems. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via online chat, ticketing systems, and other communication channels
- Address user inquiries regarding accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transactions, and platform usage
- Collect and document user feedback, following up promptly and collaborating with internal teams
- Assist with user communication for official announcements, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Continuously improve customer service quality and enhance user satisfaction metrics
- Participate in shift rotations to maintain 24/7 customer support coverage
Job Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) for daily work operations
- Open to fresh graduates aged 25-26 from mainland China (all academic backgrounds considered)
- Genuine interest in Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology with long-term career aspirations
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- Quick learning ability and sense of responsibility in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including night shifts with strong stress tolerance
- Preferred qualifications: prior customer service experience, overseas study background, or Web3 industry knowledge

This is a remote position with rotating shifts that change monthly. The schedule includes one day off per week.
