To deepen local user trust and enhance engagement and retention, we are recruiting multiple operation team members with deep Web3 industry expertise and hands-on experience in Southeast Asian communities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of localized community strategies for Southeast Asian markets.
- Engage with users across various platforms to foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user acquisition and retention.
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to align with regional preferences.
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and user interaction.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Web3/cryptocurrency community or user operations, with proven success in managing Southeast Asian Web3 communities.
- Deep understanding of Crypto policies, user behavior, and mainstream community platforms in key Southeast Asian countries.
- Proficiency in English as a working language; knowledge of at least one Southeast Asian local language is a plus (especially for Customer Support roles).
- Strong familiarity with DeFi, CEX, wallets, NFTs, and other Web3 products.
- Excellent execution, cross-cultural communication, and self-driven project management skills in resource-limited environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing connections with KOLs/KOCs or local community organizers.
- Experience in Web3 project cold-starting or regional market expansion from scratch.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics tools to drive operational decisions.
