Job Description:
1. Core Trading Product Planning and Iteration Responsible for the full lifecycle management of core business modules including spot trading, contract trading, and fund reconciliation, formulating mid-to-long-term product roadmaps and short-term iteration plans. Deeply understand trading business logic and user needs, lead the implementation of key functions such as matching engine optimization, order book experience upgrades, contract rule design, and reconciliation automation. Monitor industry competitor dynamics and regulatory policy changes, adjust product strategies promptly to ensure core trading products remain competitive in the market. 2. Business Requirement Analysis and Cross-Department Collaboration Interface with operations, risk control, compliance, and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into clear product solutions, defining priorities and acceptance criteria. Lead product reviews, technical solution alignment, and post-launch retrospectives, coordinating resources to resolve project bottlenecks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of core trading functions. Establish a core business demand pool management mechanism, regularly analyze business pain points and opportunities, and drive continuous product optimization rather than passive responses. 3. Trading System Stability and Risk Management Participate in the disaster recovery design, stress testing, and emergency plan development for core trading systems, ensuring stability and data accuracy in high-concurrency scenarios. Collaborate with the risk control team to design risk control nodes in trading processes, embedding compliance requirements such as anti-money laundering and abnormal transaction identification into product workflows to mitigate business risks proactively. Monitor core trading metrics (e.g., matching latency, order success rate, reconciliation discrepancy rate), identify system bottlenecks, and drive technical optimizations. 4. Data-Driven Product Decisions and Knowledge Management Build data dashboards for core trading products, validate product effectiveness through user behavior data, transaction records, and system performance metrics, and provide quantifiable iteration bases. Develop a knowledge base for core trading products, documenting business rules, interface specifications, historical iteration reviews, and FAQs to reduce team collaboration costs. Mentor junior and mid-level product managers, sharing core trading business insights and product design methodologies to enhance overall team expertise.
