Job Description:
1. Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the entire lifecycle operation of core exchange products (spot trading, derivatives, cross-border trading, wealth management products, etc.), including product launch preparation, cold start, daily operations, iteration optimization, and delisting management.
- Streamline product operation processes and SOPs, clarify operational touchpoints and conversion paths at each stage, ensuring smooth product functionality, seamless user experience, and compliant business advancement.
- Monitor key product metrics (trading volume, activity rate, user retention, conversion rate, etc.), establish a data monitoring system, and regularly produce operational analysis reports with recommendations for product iteration and operational strategy enhancements.
2. User Operations and Growth
- Develop a tiered user operation system, creating differentiated strategies (e.g., onboarding guides, trading incentives, reward programs, reactivation campaigns) for new users, active users, high-net-worth users, and dormant users to maximize lifetime value (LTV).
- Plan and execute user growth initiatives (e.g., trading competitions, referral rebates, fee discounts, holding rewards) in collaboration with marketing and customer service teams to drive registrations, trading conversions, and engagement.
- Gather user feedback (via customer support channels, communities, surveys) to identify core needs and pain points, advocating for product improvements and experience upgrades.
3. Product Promotion and Market Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotion strategies, participating in brand events, industry exhibitions, and content marketing to refine product selling points and boost market penetration.
- Lead the planning and creation of operational materials (e.g., product manuals, tutorials, video guides) to support marketing and user education.
- Track promotion performance metrics, analyze channel conversion efficiency, and optimize resource allocation and strategy adjustments.
4. Compliance and Risk Management
- Stay updated on global exchange regulations (e.g., SEC, financial authority policies) to ensure operational activities (campaign rules, user agreements, promotional content) comply with legal requirements.
- Work with the risk control team to implement risk management protocols, identifying potential risks (e.g., abnormal trading, non-compliant promotions) and executing preventive measures.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
- Liaise with product, tech, customer service, and finance teams to drive product requirements, system upgrades, and issue resolution, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Leverage internal/external resources (partners, industry networks) to expand operational scenarios and business growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
1. Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience in product operations at exchanges, brokerages, fintech platforms, or similar financial institutions is advantageous.
2. Work Experience
- Specialist level: 2+ years in financial/internet product operations, preferably with trading product expertise.
- Manager level: 5+ years with team leadership experience and a track record in core exchange products (e.g., derivatives, cross-border trading).
3. Technical Skills
- Mastery of end-to-end product operations, including user growth, campaign planning, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), SQL, Tableau/Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, exchange product rules (spot, derivatives), and compliance awareness.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills to articulate product USPs and collaborate cross-functionally.
