Job Description:
We are a Web3 exchange in the late cold-start phase, poised for scaling growth, seeking an experienced Operations Lead with strategic vision and hands-on expertise. You will spearhead the entire user lifecycle operations—from acquisition, activation, retention to conversion—while deeply engaging in product roadmap planning, building data-driven campaigns and referral mechanisms, and leading the team to achieve revenue breakthroughs from 0 to 1. The ideal candidate must possess sharp insights into Web3 user psychology, meticulous operational execution, and agility to iterate rapidly in uncertain environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Holistic Operations Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end operational plans aligned with the company's transition from late cold-start to early growth, defining phased goals, key milestones, and resource allocation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, tech, and compliance teams to ensure operational alignment with company objectives.
- Data-driven Performance Tracking: Establish core operational dashboards to monitor KPIs like DAU/MAU, trading volume, retention/churn rates, and customer support feedback.
- User Growth & Lifecycle Management: Architect user segmentation models (new/active/whale/churned users) and design targeted strategies (onboarding tasks, sign-in rewards, trading rebates, airdrops).
- Campaign System Development: Build standardized SOPs for campaigns covering theme ideation, goal-setting, budgeting, risk assessment, KPI tracking, execution, and post-mortem optimization.
- Referral/Affiliate Program: Design multi-tier incentive structures balancing short-term acquisition with long-term ecosystem health, supported by dynamic commission rules and fraud detection.
- Product Roadmap Synergy: Contribute actionable insights for feature rollouts, token listing cadence, and campaign timing based on operational data.
- Revenue Pipeline Creation: Develop scalable monetization paths and drive users' first transactional behaviors.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage cross-functional ops teams (user/campaign/affiliate ops, analytics), establish OKRs, and document SOPs for knowledge transfer.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years in internet/fintech/trading platform operations with 4+ years focused on Web3/crypto.
- Proven track record of driving user growth and revenue from 0 to 1 during cold-start phases.
- Mastery of lifecycle management, campaign design, and dashboard tools (SQL/Looker/Metabase preferred).
- Deep understanding of Web3 product mechanics for effective collaboration with product teams.
- User-centric mindset with exceptional empathy to identify pain points.
- Decisive execution capability amid resource constraints and ambiguity.
- Fluent English for global stakeholder communication; Chinese as working language.
