Key Responsibilities
- Actively cultivate and sustain a thriving Chinese crypto community by organizing events, creating content, and engaging with users through multiple channels.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to amplify community reach, co-create content, and promote the company's products/services.
- Monitor and analyze community public opinion, identify trending topics, and provide actionable insights to address concerns and opportunities.
- Respond promptly to community issues, including resolving conflicts, managing crises, and ensuring transparency in communication.
- Enhance personal brand authority by consistently sharing valuable insights, participating in industry discussions, and demonstrating expertise in blockchain and crypto topics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve user retention, increase community participation, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Track metrics such as engagement rates, sentiment analysis, and community growth to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and report to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and technological advancements to ensure community guidance aligns with industry standards and company goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure community strategies are integrated with marketing, product development, and customer support efforts.
- Provide feedback to senior management on community needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proven experience in community management, social media operations, or crypto-related roles, preferably within the blockchain industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow online communities, with a track record of increasing engagement and user participation.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency fundamentals, blockchain technology, and related market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions about community strategies.
- Strong crisis management capabilities, including the ability to address negative feedback and protect the company's reputation.
- Knowledge of social listening tools, sentiment analysis platforms, and community management software (e.g., Discord, Telegram, WeChat).
- Ability to create compelling content such as articles, videos, and social media posts to educate and engage the community.
- Experience in collaborating with KOLs and influencers to expand brand visibility and credibility.
- Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques to improve community visibility and reach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with users, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to track community activities, manage timelines, and ensure consistent communication.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies to coordinate community initiatives with company objectives.
- Preferred: Experience in the cryptocurrency industry, familiarity with regulatory environments, and knowledge of Chinese cultural nuances.
