Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement community engagement strategies to promote organic community growth
 - Identify potential community partners, leaders, and advocates for future collaboration opportunities
 - Listen, track, and manage community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and other social channels to understand users' opinions on the project
 - Monitor community engagement metrics and provide marketing optimization suggestions based on data analysis
 - Develop content calendars for community interactions, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
 - Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance community participation and loyalty
 - Conduct regular community sentiment analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
 - Organize virtual events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and other interactive sessions to strengthen community relationships
 - Track user feedback and implement changes to improve community experience and satisfaction
 - Stay updated on emerging community platforms and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or related fields with a strong track record of growth
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse audiences
 - Strong analytical abilities to interpret community data and derive actionable insights
 - Proficiency in managing social media platforms and community tools such as Discord, Telegram, and Slack
