Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer expansion initiatives in overseas gaming, live streaming, cross-border e-commerce, and Web3 industries through market research, partnership development, and targeted outreach programs.
 - Design and implement comprehensive B2B payment strategies to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer acquisition channels, and improve conversion rates.
 - Engage in proactive communication with potential clients, address their queries, and conduct negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and business agreements.
 - Establish and maintain high-quality service standards for major clients, conduct regular performance reviews, and develop tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
 - Participate in domestic and international trade exhibitions, create compelling marketing materials, and leverage these platforms to build brand awareness and expand professional networks.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical capabilities, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the Web3 payment landscape.
 - Provide strategic insights to senior management on market opportunities, customer behavior, and business performance, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
 - Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all business operations adhere to international regulations and industry standards, minimizing risks and ensuring ethical practices.
 - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, and report findings to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
 - Stay updated on emerging technologies and market innovations in the Web3 payment space, and integrate these insights into business strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
 
Job Requirements
- Proficient in both Chinese and English for professional communication, including written and verbal interactions with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
 - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management within the fintech, payment solutions, or Web3 industry.
 - Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, customer needs, and business performance metrics, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets.
 - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, resolve conflicts, and foster collaborative partnerships across different regions and industries.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
 - Knowledge of international business practices, cross-border payment systems, and digital marketing strategies to support global expansion efforts.
