Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive viral marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and adoption rates, focusing on social media engagement metrics and community-driven growth strategies
 - Design narrative frameworks and content calendars for pre-launch marketing, including social media storytelling, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives
 - Coordinate market value management activities through strategic partnerships, PR outreach, and reputation management techniques to establish product credibility
 - Identify and cultivate high-potential talent for the operations team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes
 - Monitor and analyze social media performance data across platforms like Twitter and Discord to optimize marketing strategies and improve user engagement
 - Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with core product features and user experience design principles
 - Implement and manage community engagement programs to foster brand loyalty and user retention within target demographics
 - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the Gamefi ecosystem
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing or growth hacking, with a successful track record of driving viral growth for digital products
 - Expertise in social media platform operations, including advanced knowledge of Twitter, Discord, and other Web3 community tools
 - Strong understanding of Gamefi concepts, blockchain technology, and decentralized applications (dApps) ecosystems
 - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights for strategy optimization
 - Proficiency in content creation and curation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production for digital campaigns
 - Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that integrate social media, influencer marketing, and community engagement tactics
 - Experience with market value management frameworks, including pricing strategies, brand positioning, and reputation management techniques
 - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing strategies and campaign results to cross-functional teams
