Responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with global and local KOLs, partners, and customers. 2. Handle agent inquiries, issues, and account problems, and establish stronger relationships to collaborate with top alliance partners. Negotiate contracts with new alliance partners, renew existing cooperation agreements, and develop new alliance cooperation proposals based on expected return on investment (ROI). Establish and optimize alliance services, and enhance alliance rights and interests through cross functional cooperation. Train BD (Business Development) team members to enhance the professionalism of alliance services and ensure the provision of high-quality work and services. Plan online and offline alliance activities, events, and marketing activities, collaborate with agents, BD teams, and cross functional teams to execute activities, and promote effective user acquisition and conversion. Review data reports and analyze which activities and alliance partners have brought results, and which ones need improvement or cessation. By tracking industry trends and the latest news and developments from competitors, maintain a comprehensive understanding of alliance information and strategies.
