Job Description
This role focuses on managing and enhancing relationships with global and local KOLs, partners, and customers to drive business growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with global/local KOLs, partners, and customers.
  • Handle agent inquiries, issues, and account problems to foster stronger alliances.
  • Negotiate contracts with new alliance partners and renew existing agreements.
  • Develop new alliance cooperation proposals based on ROI analysis.
  • Establish and optimize alliance services while enhancing rights through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Train BD team members to improve professionalism and service quality.
  • Plan and execute online/offline alliance activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agents, BD teams, and cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition and conversion.
  • Analyze data reports to evaluate activity effectiveness and partner performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor developments to refine alliance strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in alliance management, business development, or partnership roles.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing/events.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
