Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a tailored regional sales strategy to effectively penetrate markets in financial institutions, crypto funds, and blockchain companies, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
 - Proactively source high-priority leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry research to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
 - Implement and refine sales methodologies, CRM systems, and forecasting techniques to optimize performance and ensure accountability in sales processes.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, legal, and compliance departments to streamline the sales process and ensure alignment with company objectives.
 - Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate how the product suite can solve specific business challenges and deliver measurable value to clients.
 - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sales approaches.
 - Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making for regional expansion.
 - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target industries to foster trust and drive repeat business.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in SaaS sales, preferably within the financial technology or blockchain industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise-level sales.
 - Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions about resource allocation and strategy adjustments.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex product features in a clear and persuasive manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
 - Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
 - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
 - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing financial institutions and cryptocurrency sectors to ensure compliance in sales activities.
 - Strong organizational skills to balance multiple accounts, manage time effectively, and maintain self-discipline in meeting sales milestones.
 - Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address client objections, resolve deal roadblocks, and adapt to evolving market demands.
 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification.
 - Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, consultative selling) or industry-specific knowledge (e.g., blockchain technology, fintech regulations) are highly advantageous.
