Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base and increase market share within the digital asset custody industry.
 - Leverage existing relationships and build new connections within the VC and ecosystem foundations to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
 - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals.
 - Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that enhance our service offerings and market position.
 - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and establish thought leadership.
 - Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
 - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners, effectively communicating our value proposition.
 - Track and report on business development activities, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the digital asset or financial services industry.
 - Strong network and connections within the Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) sectors.
 - Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
 - Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
 - Strong analytical skills to monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
 - Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals.
 - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 - Track record of achieving business growth targets.
