Responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with global and local KOLs, partners, and customers. 2. Handle agent inquiries, issues, and account problems, and establish stronger relationships to collaborate with top alliance partners. Negotiate contracts with new alliance partners, renew existing cooperation agreements, and develop new alliance cooperation proposals based on expected return on investment (ROI).
