Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand community outreach efforts, increasing participant engagement across all social media platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, and other leading quest and SocialFi platforms.
 - Plan, create, and publish compelling content, collaborating with local community managers for accurate translations tailored to each market.
 - Organize and execute both virtual and live events to elevate brand visibility and foster community engagement.
 - Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to devise and execute comprehensive social media campaigns and communication strategies.
 - Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals to enhance community engagements.
 - Host and participate in community events such as Discord AMAs, Telegram chats, and Twitter Spaces.
 - Oversee the customer support team to ensure timely and effective responses to community inquiries and feedback.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or social media engagement, preferably in the tech or blockchain space.
 - Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
 - Ability to create compelling content and tailor messaging for different markets.
 - Experience organizing and hosting virtual and live events.
 - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Familiarity with customer support processes and team management is a plus.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
 - Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps).
 - Multilingual abilities to support global community engagement.
