Deep understanding of declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and strong proficiency in SOQL/SOSL.Proven experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and a solid grasp of data models, security, and sharing rules. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and strong OOP/design pattern understanding.Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, Salesforce DX).Demonstrated experience building/optimizing Salesforce CRM within financial services, ideally with exposure to crypto exchanges or fintech. Understanding of concepts like KYC/AML, regulatory compliance, and client onboarding.Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions. Strong communication for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II are required.
