Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual design system across all user-facing products and internal tools.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for landing pages, trading interfaces, and dashboard components.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with technical feasibility and business goals.
- Refine branding assets for Twitter/Substack, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Iterate on design solutions based on feedback from users, developers, and quality assurance teams.
- Stay updated on design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge.
- Document design specifications and provide clear guidance for developers to implement interfaces accurately.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall product strategy through creative input.
- Ensure designs are responsive, scalable, and optimized for performance across devices and platforms.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing interface design work for digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for creating interactive prototypes.
- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to translate user needs into design solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering teams and other stakeholders.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and accessible interfaces that prioritize usability and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand technical constraints.
- Experience with version control systems like Git for managing design assets and collaboration workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to present design concepts, justify decisions, and provide feedback to teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
