Job Description
This role involves overseeing the entire project development process to ensure quality and compliance with standards. The candidate will participate in product requirement reviews, formulate testing strategies and plans, and prepare test cases and reports. Responsibilities include conducting interface-layer automated testing for business lines and middleware testing in microservice architectures. The position also entails specialized testing for web and app platforms, performance testing (including single-interface stress testing and full-link pressure testing), and active participation in testing skill exchanges and knowledge sharing sessions. Additionally, the role involves documenting testing knowledge and contributing to team building within the business line.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project development process to ensure quality and standardization
- Participate in product requirement reviews and develop testing strategies/plans
- Create test cases and reports for comprehensive quality assurance
- Conduct interface automation testing and middleware testing in microservice architectures
- Perform specialized testing for web and mobile applications
- Execute performance testing including single-interface and full-link pressure tests
- Engage in testing skill exchanges and knowledge sharing activities
- Document testing knowledge and contribute to team development
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in establishing and implementing quality assurance systems
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python preferred) with practical project experience
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Pytest, TestNG, etc.) using Python or Java
- Expertise in at least one specialized area: performance testing, automation testing, app testing, or quality operations
- Excellent analytical skills, learning ability, execution capability, and stress tolerance
- Strong communication skills and ability to summarize business logic effectively
- Testing experience in finance or blockchain industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a full-time accredited program
