Job Description
This position is responsible for building the company's global organic growth system, integrating SEO + GEO + AI strategies to develop automated growth tools, and establishing a comprehensive traffic growth system for Google, Bing, and AI-powered search engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop global SEO + GEO growth strategies and annual plans
- Build Google SEO + AI search (ChatGPT/Perplexity/Gemini) traffic systems
- Design keyword architecture (search intent + AI question space + content topic structure)
- Establish content growth systems (Topic Cluster/Programmatic SEO/Content Matrix)
- Create AI-citable content systems (Entity-based/semantic content architecture)
- Optimize technical SEO (structure, indexing, speed, schema markup)
- Develop backlink and brand authority systems (PR/media/KOL/authority sites)
- Build automated SEO + AI content production and distribution systems (toolchain/processes)
- Monitor and analyze SEO/GEO/AI search traffic data for continuous optimization
- Manage 3-person SEO team and drive cross-departmental collaboration
Job Requirements
- Core Requirements:
- 3-7 years SEO experience with proven Google SEO growth cases
- Full-spectrum SEO expertise (content + technical + backlinks)
- Understanding of AI search systems (GEO/SGE/LLM search logic)
- Practical AI SEO or GEO optimization experience (mandatory)
- Content structuring skills (Topic Cluster/Semantic SEO/Entity SEO)
- Programmatic SEO or content scaling experience
- AI & System Skills:
- AI content production or automation system experience (ChatGPT/Claude/workflow tools)
- SEO automation tools proficiency (Zapier/Make/Notion/CMS automation)
- Systematic "content production → distribution → optimization" experience
- Ability to automate SEO growth processes (keywords to content to publishing)
- GEO Capabilities (Preferred):
- Understanding AI search content citation logic
- Strategies to enhance content visibility in AI responses
- AI search exposure or featured snippet optimization experience
- Ability to build AI-comprehensible knowledge structures
- Bonus Qualifications:
- Fintech/crypto/SaaS/global market SEO experience
- Multilingual SEO experience (English preferred)
- Million-level organic traffic growth achievements
