Job Description
Position: C-end Product Manager (Exchange) We are seeking a C-end Product Manager to optimize the user experience for retail customers on our cryptocurrency exchange platform. You will focus on enhancing user growth, trading activity, and retention rates by driving product innovation and iteration across core features such as spot trading, contract trading, asset management, and user growth strategies. Your goal will be to create an industry-leading trading experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning & Iteration: Develop and execute the C-end product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and data analysis.
- Trading Experience Optimization: Improve spot, contract, and leveraged trading products to enhance transaction flow and user experience.
- User Growth & Retention: Design growth strategies including user incentives, loyalty programs, and social referral mechanisms to boost engagement and LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Monitor key metrics (e.g., registration conversion, trading frequency, retention) and optimize products based on data insights.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure product delivery and growth strategy execution.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on crypto trends (Web3, DeFi, NFTs) and explore innovative features.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of C-end product management experience, preferably in exchanges, fintech, or internet platforms.
- Strong expertise in trading products, user growth strategies, and data analysis with excellent UX design skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze user behavior and refine product strategies.
- Proven project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Global perspective; overseas market experience is a plus.
