Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Product Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of public chain products. The ideal candidate will drive the development and optimization of core functionalities while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of public chain product development, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and achievement of business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to formulate differentiated product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of public chain infrastructure products, including blockchain explorers, RPC node services, and developer documentation.
- Engage with developer communities to gather feedback and improve development tools (e.g., contract deployment, debugging tools, testnet faucets).
- Design and advance product solutions for core ecosystem components such as wallets, cross-chain bridges, and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain product management, with proven expertise in public chain development.
- Hands-on experience in designing and iterating blockchain infrastructure products.
- Strong understanding of developer needs and ability to optimize tooling for enhanced productivity.
- Technical proficiency to effectively communicate with development teams and understand complex blockchain concepts.
- Fluent in English with the ability to comprehend and analyze technical documentation.
