Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the South Korean marketing strategy in collaboration with our other Marketing Leads in Asia and North America
- Manage projects across marketing to ensure they are prioritized, on track, and delivered on time
- Organize local events in regional markets to enhance brand presence and engagement
- Monitor market trends, research markets, user insights and competitors' activities and incorporate these into an overall marketing strategy
- Analyze and track marketing performance to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Coordinate logistics and assist with operations for marketing projects to ensure smooth execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the South Korean market and consumer behavior
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and verbal
