Job Responsibilities
1. Execution of Trading Strategies
Execute various quantitative trading strategies through the company’s proprietary trading system. Monitor market price fluctuations, order book depth, and liquidity in real time. Optimize timing and position allocation to ensure consistent overall profitability of strategies.
2. Risk Control and Fund Management
Develop and implement dynamic capital management plans to control overall position risk and prevent exposure to extreme market conditions. Analyze the impact of various indicators on returns, and optimize asset selection and closing strategies.
3. Trading System Optimization
Provide feedback on system pain points and optimization suggestions during daily use. Collaborate with the technical team to iterate and upgrade system functions to enhance performance and usability.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
Regularly review and summarize fund performance in terms of profitability and risk levels, including key indicators such as capital utilization rate, turnover cost, and risk exposure. Conduct periodic reviews of market anomalies (e.g., fee rate reversals, liquidity crises) and refine contingency plans accordingly.

通过公司自研交易系统，执行各类量化交易策略，实时监控市场价格异动，订单深度及流动性，优化时机选择与仓位分配，确保策略整体稳定收益。
2、风险控制与资金管理
制定动态资金管理方案，控制整体持仓风险，防范各类极端行情。
分析各类指标对收益的影响，优化币种选择和平仓策略。
3、交易系统协同优化
在日常使用中，反馈系统痛点、优化建议，协助技术团队迭代升级系统功能。
4、数据分析与报告输出
周期性总结回顾管理的资金收益率和风险水平，包括资金利用率、换手成本、各类风险数据等核心指标。 定期复盘市场异常波动案例（如费率反转、流动性枯竭），完善应急预案。
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements
Familiarity with various trading instruments and rules in secondary markets; prior experience in futures or forex trading is required.
Able to adapt to the high-intensity pace of a trader’s work and make quick, effective decisions in response to market changes.
Strong communication and logical thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with technical and risk control teams.
Candidates with experience in cryptocurrency trading and an understanding of perpetual contract mechanisms are preferred.
Familiarity with the logic and principles of various quantitative trading strategies; hands-on experience in quantitative or options trading is a strong plus.
